Restore Weekend

Restore Weekend falls on 5th Sundays of the month. Anytime there is a 5 Sundays, we close the doors to the building and mobilize our community to go out, serve, and be "Good News" to our community. We have embraced this call since our inception.

During the pandemic we have been limiting our in-person action steps to simple point and click options to help folks. Here are a few low cost, high impact ways to serve communities in need. One local to Austin and two are with our international (Haiti).

  • Santa Rita Food pantry

We are ready to fill the pantry at Santa Rita once again! Please join in and help provide food items for the residents of Santa Rita--one of the oldest and longest operating low income housing properties in Austin. We have a wonderful relationship with the residents there and this generosity will help them fill up their pantries. Please use this LINK and choose Stephanie Swan's address upon checkout. She will deliver all of the items to the folks there.

  • Help one now - Earthquake RElief

In light of the recent earthquake and the current political situation and instability in Haiti, Help One Now is working alongside the local leaders, partners, and Haitian churches they serve on the ground to support vulnerable families with food, shelter, safety, and medical supplies. With limited access to food and resources and gang activity driving families from their homes, quick action to support vulnerable families is critical. You can get details on the situation and engage HERE

  • HElp one now - the circle

The Circle is a growing network of people committed to ending extreme poverty through monthly giving that empowers families through education. For just $25 a month, members of The Circle ensure that students have access to high-quality education, nutritious meals, and a safe environment for them to dream, grow, and pursue their passions.
